Becky and her team are excellent! They have always gone above and beyond in every transaction we have had. Today was another example of this. I have a 2006 Scion Xb and I am the 2nd owner. I live in rural Nebraska and 100+ miles from Lincoln. I brought the car in for service and it's regular maintenance. I, for some reason asked Becky to have them check my frame as I noted some body rust starting and I haven't had the car up on a rack. I was heading to work and got the text and a picture advising me of my frame having rusted through! They stopped and didn't even charge me for their time. Obviously for safety, I was going to have to go buy a different vehicle. The team helped me with locations and directions to a couple of dealerships. I sent Becky a few notes about what I was looking at and had decided on. Apparently I got lucky and Becky advised that I had gotten a good deal! Luckily I found a Honda Accord and George Witt Service will be taking care of this vehicle also!
I love doing things like this. You have proven to be a top customer for our shop. You know that fixing cars is only part of what we do. Helping people get the last nickel's worth of value, then providing assistance finding another car to go 250,000 miles is another aspect of our service.
