Forgiveness of flub...the biggest blunder ever...and all mine! What a fool was I to think I could save money going to "Elsewhere Auto".Yes, April 1st recently passed by in the side mirror waving and laughing. I called Becky in tears after receiving my car back from "Elsewhere Auto" in worse shape than when it went in and sounding like a tank machine gun during deacceleration (Laura, hope I spelled it better than pronouncing it, ha) Becky is THE MOST professional, passionate about cars and customer care that you will ever meet. Never once talking smack toward "Elsewhere Auto". She explained the process of the major repair in technical terms then summarized saying it's a Hula dance to get it just right. So enjoy her teachings. GWS- 10 star service, flubs forgiven (mine) and work done right! You will always leave in a car and never be given a tank in return. P.S. Becky and team are the best Hula dancers in town!
