I will repeat here what I wrote on Yelp: I own a 2008 Prius, and if you are like me, you have found that you generally have two options: the Toyota dealer (who will never pass up an opportunity to rob you blind) or your local mechanic shop (whose mechanics often will treat your hybrid as if it's operated by witchcraft). If you live in Eastern Nebraska, and you own a Prius (or for that matter, a Highlander, Camry, or Rav-4 Hybrid), George Witt Service is the answer to your service problems. They are a specialist Honda/Acura/Toyota/Lexus shop that has state-of-the-art equipment and knows how to work on a Toyota hybrid. I live in Omaha and I happily make the drive to Lincoln to have them work on my car. They are reasonably priced and they haven't tried to sell me services I don't need. I've used them for routine maintenance, as well as some brake work and replacement of the starter battery (the small battery in the back of an '08 Prius). I make my living with my Prius, so I need it to run reliably. George Witt Service enables me to do just that. They are easy to get to: from Omaha, you can just head south off of the Waverly exit and stay on Cornhusker Highway until you get to 35th Street. Go north about two blocks (you can't go any further north) and the shop is on the left. I've worked with Delta, and I've found her to be entirely pleasant and professional.
