I was informed when I dropped off my car that I would be contacted as soon as they found out what the problem was but not to expect a call soon, because it might take awhile to discover the cause of the problem. I was given a loaner car--no charge--to use until my car was done. Tuesday I got a call letting me know what the problem was plus informing me that they had also found another unrelated problem, what the cost would be to do the repairs, and given a chose whether I wanted both the problems taken care of. I was also informed that the radiator that needed to be replaced would not be ordered from Toyota in order to keep the price down. By Wednesday afternoon I got a call that the work was completed, and I could come and pick my car up. It has been running like a charm since I picked it up.
