George Witt Serrvice is so wonderful! This was my first experience with them and I couldn’t be happier! Delta was so professional and friendly. She put my mind at ease as soon as she answered the phone. My car was helplessly dead, so Delta recommended a friendly, fast and very reasonable tow service to tow my car to the shop. George Witt was very quick getting back to me about my car and helped me chose the best and most economical course of action. I will definitely be bringing my car to them with any future needs and I will recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you all so much for making me feel like I’d been your customer for years even though this was my first visit!

I was informed when I dropped off my car that I would be contacted as soon as they found out what the problem was but not to expect a call soon, because it might take awhile to discover the cause of the problem. I was given a loaner car--no charge--to use until my car was done. Tuesday I got a call letting me know what the problem was plus informing me that they had also found another unrelated problem, what the cost would be to do the repairs, and given a chose whether I wanted both the problems taken care of. I was also informed that the radiator that needed to be replaced would not be ordered from Toyota in order to keep the price down. By Wednesday afternoon I got a call that the work was completed, and I could come and pick my car up. It has been running like a charm since I picked it up.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. I have done scheduled maintenance on time. I have never broken down thanks to handing my car(s) repairs to Geo Witt Service. I have recommended the garage many times over the years. There are other places to go In Lincoln but none I trust with my vehicle. Thanks to you all! Besides, it's nice to have Becky and Delta know me when I walk through the door. You are really number one at Geo Witt Service.
