Always 5 stars for Becky and her team! Wow! what a difference the new tires have made! Let it snow...let it snow...let it snow! And if we don't get any, Becky I am sure will be out there with a giant snow machine for us, ha! That is how she always goes above and beyond for her customers!

My wife and I were on our way to Colorado after spending the night in Lincoln when my car started to misfire and lose power as soon as we got onto I-80. I quickly pulled off I-80 at the next exit praying the car wouldn’t die on the road. We quickly looked for an auto service place, but none were either open yet or couldn’t take us in. At last we called George Witt Auto Service and spoke to Becky the service manager. She managed to get us in and had a technician quickly troubleshoot and repair the car. I’m a retired mechanic, so I am critical when picking someone to work on my car. I was in a tough situation with few choices, but, I was very pleased with how this experience went. I can say with little hesitation that if you are having problems with your car or just need routine maintenance, this is the place to go. Thank you Becky for taking us in and your tech for his great work.

George Witt Service is the best! On my way to work Monday morning, a warning light came on. I called Becky, found out it could be serious, and was told I could drive it right there if it worked with my schedule. Twenty minutes later I was back on my way to work in a loaner. Addressing it immediately kept me, and others on the road, safe and Becky was so accommodating to work me in to the schedule. A mid-day call from her let me know issue was discovered, what needed to be done, what parts were available, estimated cost, and estimated time my car would be done. I picked up my car before 5p and the day felt like smooth sailing with only a small hiccup. Thanks, Becky!

During a routine maintenance appointment it was pointed out that my timing chain was nearing the end of its useful life. In two days time parts were ordered and the repair was completed. Now I have the quietest 2008 Honda Accord in Lincoln with many more miles to be driven!

The work is always excellent, and my trust in Becky allows me, as a woman, to never worry about what she recommends. She doesn’t treat me like a “dumb female”. Plus her sense of humor is contagious.
